As manufacturers, we stand behind everything we sell. All pillows are made to order. Delivery expectations are 2-4 weeks from order date. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). Please note: Consumer is responsible for return freight charges. Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the same time we process your return.
To place an order by phone, please call 212-278-8800. Our call center hours are 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Most items can be delivered outside the continental United States, including foreign destinations. Additional charges will apply
Methods of payment
We are required to collect applicable sales taxes on orders. Sales taxes are based on final purchase amount, including shipping and handling charges.
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise.
If we are currently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will immediately notify you on shipping date via email. We will ship all items as they become available. Delivery and handling charges will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
